The third project proposal arises from the need to meet the demands of the municipal administration to expand the open central space and divide the public and commercial spaces from the private and residential ones.

This project aims to create a mix of features to improve the quality of life, a self-sufficient district, liveable in day and night without using the car. The project aims at an ideal interpretation of the use of outdoor areas and the rediscovery of contact with nature. This is reflected in the creation of large terraces and roof gardens in the residential buildings.
The fourth project proposal arises from the need to meet the municipal administration requirements more closely, in other words to expand the open central space into a big, conventional square bordered by roads and residential and commercial buildings, situated, in this proposal, on the perimeters of the land.
