The project is located on a large piece of land in an recently-developed urban area, however still rural in character.

The main purpose of the designer is the articulation of urban space for the benefit of the city, obtained with the construction of three buildings arranged around a central triangular green core, which becomes the filter between this residential area and the Salerno - Reggio Calabria motorway.

The buildings create striking views over the public green area. These residencies are characterized by a rare mix of functional floor plans and attractive facades. The external design has strong light-dark features, highlighted by rough unpolished coatings and strong colours that blend with the surrounding area.
The purpose of obtaining an organic architecture is achieved through the use of fluid and sinuous forms in Settimo 1, of protruding volumes that interlock and intersect free in space in Settimo 2, and strongly faceted volumes in Settimo 3.
