Graphic design by Mattia Sullini

The area on which the project is built has a regular shape, bounded on the west side by a high-speed road.

The building is divided into 4 units, characterized by different heights and floor plan sizes intended for commercial, industrial, warehousing and office use. The realization of a wide bearing facade of glass, on the west side creates a visual connection with the recently constructed Lecco 1 opposite.

The complex has been designed with a steel structure, bounded on both sides by an outer glass curtain wall. The predominance of this element makes it a light but impressive construction, making the most of the continuity between the exhibition spaces inside and the outside environment.

The project, which is dominated by light and space, is contemporary in style, blending the grandeur of the masses with a careful game of transparencies, offsets of vertical plans and combinations of square shapes, while still maintaining the central component of the feature.
