The building was constructed on a triangular piece of land, bounded by two heavy traffic roads.

The unique shape of the lot resulted in the amazing pure line and angularity of this building, which reaches a height of 15 metres, divided into four floors. The basement (728 sq m) designed for storage, the ground floor (357 sq m) used as commercial space and the first floor and second floors (345.21 sq m and 345.21 sq m respectively), used as offices. The three upper floors are characterized by a facade in aluminum frame, which creates the blades of shadow on the glass casing.

The central feature of the project is the staircase, which occupies the tip of this triangular building, at the confluence of the two roads. The entire project is centred on the intensity of light, which emphasises the pure line of the structure.

The bright and transparent interiors are characterized by extreme simplicity, in order to create a soft sense of tranquility that counterbalances the dynamism of the outside and is at the same time an integral part of the structure.
