The building is situated on Via Marconi, an important dual carriageway, which connects the town of Rende to the motorway Salerno-Reggio Calabria, to the University of Calabria and the Tyrrhenian coast.

The building has eight floors above ground intended for residences, offices and commercial activities, as well as a basement for a garages and cellars.

The innovative architectural image is played on pure volumes, basic plastic elements which are imposed on the city skyline as a symbol of urban renaissance.

Light and transparency are key elements of this building, a symbol of which is the glass blade that cuts through the material continuity of the casing. The compact shape is interrupted by protruding volumes highlighted by pure colours that give dynamism and contrast to the whole architectural complex.
