The area of Via degli Stadi is characterized by a mix of low-level housing and industrial area, the redevelopment of which the local administration has been planning for years.
The ambitious and impressive intervention adds an important element to the redevelopment of the city by redesigning a significant portion of this abandoned area. The project involves the construction of a specialized commercial core and a mix of office and residential use.
The design of these office-residential buildings, which respond primarily to the housing function, is characterized by three basic components: simplicity, modularity and flexibility, in accordance with a vertical distribution (over 9 floors above ground) to optimize the use of the land.
The designers aim to recreate a traditional relationship between this new urban area and the rest of the city. The variety of aesthetic solutions and meticulous attention to detail are highlighted in the interior design.
